After many successful years in business, RJE Home Remodeling Co. has developed a process to make each clients project an enjoyable journey from the first moment of contact to the final clean up. You can expect creative & thoughtful ideas, detailed planning & scheduling, and exceptional project management from RJE Home Remodeling Co. Before your project starts, you will know what it will look like, how much it will cost, & how long the project will take.

 

First Impressions

Whether your first contact with RJE Home Remodeling Co. is by phone, email or in person, you will be greeted by our professional office staff. Should you contact us after business hours or on the weekend; our staff will contact you immediately on receiving your message.

 

Appointment

We will arrive at your in-house appointment on time, and will actively listen as we discuss your overall ideas & needs for your project. RJE Home Remodeling Co. will evaluate your existing environment & take field measurements. At this time we will offer ideas and our professional opinions to help create a smooth process. We will discuss your budget to ensure your project stays within your affordable range.

 

Estimate/Proposal

RJE Home Remodeling Co. will present you with a fully detailed typed proposal, material samples, and a design if applicable. If you approve the work to be completed, the Proposal/Contract is signed and dated by both the homeowner & RJE Home Remodeling Co. A deposit check is generally collected so the materials can be ordered. Upon receipt of a signed Proposal/Contract our professional staff will begin the process of ordering all the materials and scheduling.

 

First Day of Starting Your Project

On day #1 of starting the project, you will be introduced to the lead carpenter and other staff working on you project. We will show up, on time, on the day your project is scheduled to start. On Interior Projects, our carpenters will take every necessary precaution to protect your house from any wear & tear, as well as minimize dust & dirt from spreading throughout you house. On Exterior Projects, our carpenters will take necessary precautions to protect your landscaping and lawn.

 

Change Orders/Insurance Companies Supplements

No matter how well things are prepared and planned, the possibility of a change during a remodeling project is always possible. Nothing on your project will change from the original contract, unless fully discussed by both the homeowner and RJE Home Remodeling Co. Any changes are only authorized by a written Change Order, approved and signed by the both the homeowner and RJE Home Remodeling Co. You will never have to worry about unexpected costs.

 

Day of Completion

On completion, you will walk through your project with either the lead carpenter or owner to assure you are 100% satisfied with the completed project.

 

Upon Completion

"The greatest compliment a customer can give us is a referral." This is the ultimate attestation of your confidence and trust in our company. After your project is completed you will be receiving a Customer Audit which allows you to address our performance on you project. As well, all customers will be placed in our referral program; when your referral(s) lead to a job for RJE Home Remodeling Co., you will be given a gift card to an establishment of your choosing.
