Meet Ralph Jain - Owner/General Manager
Ralph established RJE Home Remodeling Co. Inc. in 1997 to provide beautiful, custom interior and exterior renovations for homeowners in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. He prides himself and RJE Home on its dedication to clients, quality craftsmanship and ability to develop personal relationships with clients that have them coming back for future remodeling projects.
Having worked in the construction industry since 1988 as a laborer, foreman, manager and supervisor before starting RJE Home, Ralph received much hands-on learning experience and acquired an eye for detail early in his career. His early experience helps him provide homeowners with beautiful projects and quality workmanship that exceed expectations.
Ralph is a graduate of Penn State University, having received a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations with minors in Business Administration and Industrial Organizational Psychology in 1997. He continued to work in construction while attending Penn State and upon graduating worked for several local builders/remodelers perfecting his skills before starting RJE Home.
Ralph lives with his family in Montgomery County, and has lived locally in the Bucks and Montgomery County areas his whole life. At his core, Ralph is a family man. He is married for over 15 years and together he and his wife adore their two beautiful daughters. When he’s not working, Ralph enjoys being outdoors, playing music, camping and spending time with his family.

Meet Our Management
Greg Dalton – Project Manager
Greg has been working with RJE Home Remodeling since February 2015, providing estimates, project management and the coordination of both exterior projects and interior remodels. Greg is available to his clients at every step of the process and is an asset to our team and to our clients. He has over 10 years of experience working with insurance claims and has a proven track record with residential insurance restoration, reconstruction and loss mitigation.
Greg enjoys working with clients to ensure the final product exceeds every expectation and is particularly interested in interior projects, like kitchen and bathroom remodels as these rooms often have the most dramatic transformations.

Born and raised in beautiful Bucks county, Greg and his family enjoy spending time together in the great outdoors. He and his wife are the proud parents of two beautiful identical twin girls.
Ed Shope– Project Manager
Ed has over 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience, from custom design and fabrication, ground up building, interior and exterior renovations, and project management. With a strong emphasis on customer relations and a quality result, he keeps the customers’ wants at the forefront with and an optimistic outlook for creative solutions to unique or interesting opportunities (some call them problems). While he takes great pride in his work, His greatest achievement is being a devoted Husband and Father, Son, Brother, Brother-in-Law, and Uncle to his 4(soon to be 5) amazing nieces. Family is everything. He would love the opportunity to help RJE renovate your home, hopefully renovations that highlight family gatherings for years to come.
Christopher Michl – Project Supervisor and Manager
Chris has been with RJE Home Remodeling since September 2016 and has over 27 years of experience overseeing construction, remodeling and renovation projects of all sizes. Chris has worked in both commercial and residential construction as a foreman and supervisor. At RJE Home Chris is available to clients at the jobsite, working to ensure the project is running smoothly and on schedule.

Christin Payne Sawhney – Office Manager
Christin O’Connor Sawhney, born in Virginia, raised in New Jersey, joined RJE in January 2020. Accompanying her welcome smile and helpful attitude, she brings 15 years of accounting experience along with 20 years as an EMT. Christin recently attained her Masters Degree in Education from Strayer University to complement her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Stockton University. She is lifelong hockey and football fan, and cheers for all Philadelphia teams. Her favorite team has been the Flyers and I enjoys going to hockey and football games with Jay, my husband of 7 years. She also love the outdoors and the beach as well as restaurants and movies.
Rob Michelizzi - Job Foreman
Robbie is a lifetime resident of Bucks County and a 2008 graduate of Central Bucks South High School. Robbie began training and building his resume immediately working as a carpenter at Village Cabinet and Mark Neil Construction for over seven years. Robbie came to RJE in 2018 learned quickly and rose to become a Job Foreman responsible for leading magnificent remodeling projects for RJE.
John Fern - Job Foreman
John is a lifelong resident of Bucks Country PA and a 1986 graduate of Central Bucks East High School. John has, over the years complied an impressive work resume along with his skills in the field of home remodeling. John brings to RJE Home Remodeling over 30 years of experince. He takes great pride with the satifaction of his customers for a job well done! John's enjoys time with is wife and three daughters along with his hobbies including camping, fishing, cooking & bowling.
DJ Gutierrez- Apprentice
DJ joined RJE Home remodeling in June 2020. DJ is a native of the Hatboro area and a 2000 graduate of Hatboro- Horsham High School. He comes to RJE with a solid work work history which included tenures with Acme Corrugated Box Co, Inc and over 15 years at Commonwealth National Country Club. DJ continues to learn and grow with us here at RJE.
Pavlo Sivchuk- Apprentice
Pavloenjoys working with a talented and dedicated professionals and happy to be part of RJE Home Remodeling team. I am eager to meet new people and learn new skills, and strive to deliver high-quality results on every project. I have 4 years of construction experience. Outside of work I enjoy cooking Italian dishes and spending the time with my family.

John Green - Marketing & Social Media
I joined RJE in June, 2020 as a general laborer for just the summer and I wound up staying because I liked it so much! I have been a High School History Teacher since 2001 and always loved working with my hands during the summer working in various construction fields. I graduated Penn State University in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and West Chester University in 2001 with a Secondary Education Certificate.
I enjoy history so much that I began reenacting the Civil War with the 28th PA in 1992 and I am still currently active. I'm also a sports fan and enjoy NASCAR. My background in teaching and technology has allowed me to transition into a Marketing and Social Media role with RJE. My job is to make sure the public and potential customers know about the quality work we do here at RJE Home Remodeling!
