allentown porch

roofs, gutters, windows, siding, lighting, storm damage repair, insurance claims

This Allentown twin was damaged due to a vehicle strike.  The foundation for the front porch on both sides of the twin needed to be removed and rebuilt from scratch.  An architect/engineer was brought in for structural drawings to ensure that it was being built correctly and safely.  The foundation was reconstructed using standard masonry blocks and finished with stucco on both the interior and exterior.  New floor and sidewalk slabs needed to be installed after the excavation was completed.  New concrete steps were poured (monolithically) between the two houses and a new metal railing was put in.  The siding and the windows were also replaced on the porches because of peripheral damages from the impact and the structure shifting during construction.  The results speak for themselves.
