flourtown  basement

flooring, HVAC system, lighting, electrical, wine storage, custom stairs

We were recently contracted by a wonderful repeat client to finish the basement in their new construction luxury townhome in Flourtown, PA.

We love working with a completely unfinished space as it allows the freedom to design the space to fit the needs of the homeowners. This basement space was quite large, approximately 1,100 square feet with 10-foot ceilings. The homeowners were interested in breaking it up to create a main area, storage/wine room, utility room and sump pump room.

Throughout the entirety of the space we installed a drywall ceiling and painted the walls with a bright yet neutral color, Sherwin-Williams Agreeable Gray. We also installed a vinyl plank flooring throughout.
