This project began shortly after this homeowner purchased their home in Horsham, Montgomery County.  The basement had been used for storage and not much else prior to moving in.  The new homeowner wanted to add more living space and the basement was large and unfinished.  The basement was framed out and drywalled and a new tile floor was installed along with new wiring for home entertainment, an exercise area and home office.  This basement became a centerpiece for parties and relaxation for the owner.  In the finished project pictures above you can see that this basement is not a show piece for the homeowner.
