This Warrington customer wanted a full kitchen remodel on a tight budget, for its size. They wanted to change the layout to a more user friendly format by moving the appliances and sink around to establish more of a "flow" and also remove the wall between the kitchen and the dining room to create more of an open concept as well as create a pass through in to the living room.  The soffit was also removed to accommodate 42" upper cabinets.  They chose to go with an espresso color, raised panel cabinet and "New Caledonia" granite top.  Earth tone vinyl flooring, that mimics stone tile, and stone/porcelain mosaic tile comprise the backsplash.  An oversized, under mounted, composite sink basin and slate appliances finish off the area.
