havertown rebuild

roofs, gutters, windows, siding, lighting, storm damage repair, insurance claims

A SUV traveling at about 60 mph lost control and crashed in to the front of this Havertown home. The home suffered an extensive amount of structural damage. The entire front of the home had to be removed and replaced along with the interior damages that had to be addressed.

On the exterior, this project involved extensive framing, masonry, siding, and roofing. The front wall was removed, almost in its entirety, and needed to be supported during demolition and framing.  The old block masonry was removed and the customer elected to go with a red brick facade in its place.  The roof was secured and new shingles installed along with a new front entry door and new windows.  At the front of the property, we installed new bollards to prevent the possibility of another vehicle strike on this home.

The interior of the home was heavily damaged as well.  Aside from the structural aspects, this project involved remodeling the entire front portion of the home.  New hardwood floors were installed as well as new drywall and paint throughout. The project took about 2.5 months to complete.
