The garage was too small and was occupied by a custom car the customer owned. Our North Wales customer needed additional space for his lawn equipment and tools. The answer was a 12x30 detached large garage/shed for additional storage which we built in the back yard. We installed 2 windows, entry door and added a garage door as well. Other items we installed were vinyl siding, dimensional shingle roof and shelves as well in the interior.
