This project in Philadelphia was referred to us due to an insurance claim that was a fire loss. Fire in this home created substantial damage. Prior kitchen was located in the middle of the first floor of the home. Customer asked us if we could completely relocate the kitchen to the rear of the first floor at this home and remove walls to create an open floor plan for his complete first floor. We determined that it could be done and ran with it. We created drawings and designed the kitchen as well as the complete first floor.  New kitchen has solid wood cabinets, granite tops, all new appliances and travertine flooring and backsplash.
